The Brief
In June 2024, I was tasked with updating the previous promotional video used by Whangarei Girls’ High, which showcased the highlights of possible course options for upcoming Year 9 students. A previous student at WGHS made the basis of the video, and so my main task was to add video clips for new subjects and update the opening and outro text sequences.
I worked closely with subject teachers and school deans in order to make a plan. From there, I was able to go out and film during class periods and edit at home.
My creative role was that of director, cinematographer, and editor.
